An engine is effectively divided into two distinctive parts, the top half being the cylinder head, the bottom half known as “the bottom end” or short motor. A cylinder head problem or a blown head gasket is often caused by extensively overheating the car, valve damage within the cylinder head is often caused by timing belt failure, causing valve to piston damage. Bottom end problems are usually attributed to general wear and tear or loss of oil pressure often caused by lack of servicing or oil pump failure.

Road Worthy Inspections Include

Handbrake Testing, Engine and Drive lines, Wheel and Tyres, Body and Chassis, Lights and Electrical Components, Modifications ,Brake Test, Exhaust Emissions, Brake Components, Steering and Suspension, Windscreen and Windows, Seats and Restrains & Vehicle Identification.

If the vehicle/trailer/caravan or Light Truck complies with Queensland Transport and Code of Practice standards the Safety Certificate/ Roadworthy will be issued. If the vehicle is not in Road Worthy Condition, our qualified mechanics will advise of the cost of parts/service or repair that is required.
